SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – South Bend Clay Excessive Faculty has been closed, but the tennis courts there are being resurfaced.
Paperwork present that Notre Dame has signed on to lease the courts by June 10, 2027. Crews have been on scene Wednesday resurfacing the courts.
The work is outwardly being executed with out the approval of the varsity board.
“My drawback, in fact with it’s that what provides Notre Dame the chance to go on the market with out board approval and resurface tennis courts. The varsity administration responded with a written assertion saying the right protocol and course of was used and that Notre Dame was granted short-term use of the courts whereas graciously providing to resurface the tennis courts.
