Ten football recruits in the initial Top 100 for 2027 with NFL bloodlines, including sons of former stars

Steele Fletcher, WR, Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day: Son of longtime NFL linebacker London Fletcher, who recorded more than 2,000 tackles, won a Super Bowl with the Rams, and got named to the Commanders Ring of Fame.

Jyden German, athlete, Fort Myers (Fla.) High: Son of former NFL receiver Jammi German, a 1998 third-round pick out of Miami who played four years at the pro level.

Nate Griese, TE, Mountain View (Calif.) St. Francis: Son of former NFL quarterback Brian Griese, who spent more than a decade in the pros and was a member of the Broncos‘ Super Bowl XXXIII title team, and the grandson of Bob Griese, a two-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback who played for the Dolphins from 1967-80.

Jimmy Kalis, OT, Pittsburgh Central Catholic: Son of former NFL offensive tackle Todd Kalis, a 1988 fourth-round pick who played six years for the Vikings and one apiece for the Steelers and Bengals. Kalis’ brother Kyle Kalis spent a few years in the NFL with the CommandersColtsBrowns and Raiders.

Jordan Lockett, WR, Stilwell (Kan.) Blue Valley: Son of former NFL receiver Kevin Lockett, a 1997 second-round pick; nephew of former NFL receiver Aaron Lockett, a 2002 seventh-round selection; and younger brother of three-time All-Pro receiver Tyler Lockett, who enters his 10th season with the Seahawks just shy of 8,000 career receiving yards. Jordan’s older brother Sterling Lockett plays at Kansas State.

Camaj Matthews, EDGE, Haddon Heights (N.J.) High: Younger brother of Haason Reddick, 2017 first-round pick out of Temple who’s entering his eighth NFL season after recording 49.5 sacks in the past four years.
